How to use recipe
Ingredients:
1000g
Biscamix Sponge Egg Free Vanilla
500g
Water
50g
Oil
Method
Mix Biscamix and water in a mixing bowl, using a whisk
Slow speed for 1 minute and 3 to 4 minutes on high speed
Add oil and mix for 1 minute in slow speed
Once done pour it in the sponge container (15cm weigh 250g each in)
Bake it at 160°C to 170°C in deck oven for 20 to 25 minutes. 140°C to 150°C in rotary oven for 20 to 25 minutes
Once baked, demould from the container, and allow it to cool down
